Under the mentorship of\u00a0WINFRIED HASSEMER<\/strong>\u00a0(former member of the German Constitutional Court), she earned her\u00a0Magister Legum<\/strong>\u00a0degree in Frankfurt am Main. Today, Fernanda is recognized as one of Brazil\u2019s leading criminal lawyers. She has served as an Electoral Judge and is currently a Federal Councilor of the\u00a0BRAZILIAN BAR ASSOCIATION (OAB)<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

ANDR\u00c9 GALV\u00c3O<\/strong>, a graduate of the country\u2019s most prestigious academic institutions, interned with Fernanda T\u00f3rtima at her father\u2019s firm. After gaining experience as an attorney in public administration and running his own practice, he joined his mentor at\u00a0T\u00d3RTIMA, TAVARES E BORGES ADVOGADOS<\/strong>. As a partner, Andr\u00e9 is distinguished by his client-focused approach, assertive representation before authorities, and dedication to identifying and mentoring the next generation of criminal defense attorneys.<\/p>\r\n

FELIPE MARANH\u00c3O<\/strong>\u00a0is recognized for his technical and strategic skills as an attorney and his outstanding academic background. With a decade of experience in criminal law, he has worked alongside some of the field\u2019s leading practitioners. In 2016, he became an associate at Fernanda T\u00f3rtima\u2019s firm, and in 2019, he became a partner. By 2022, Felipe was one of the founding partners of\u00a0TGM ADVOGADOS<\/strong>, emerging as one of the youngest partners in firms specializing in economic criminal law.<\/p>\r\n
