The event was moderated by attorneys Marcio Barandier, president of IAB&#8217;s Permanent Criminal Law Commission, and Juliana Sanches.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is necessary to establish clearer guidelines to determine when the destruction of evidence should actually be punishable.
